2. We are a first aid business that specialises only in workplace and corporate first aid courses for groups. This is a unique demographic and we can tailor to your company’s specific needs.
3. Our Enhanced classes which are 80% online and 20% face to face assessment are a sign of us moving with the times, and as an added bonus, it requires less time out of the work day, which means we can also do multiple groups in a day.
4. We are run by and our trainers are registered nurses. This means we have actually been in and dealt with more emergency situations than we have had hot dinners! Believe it or not this is not always the case. To facilitate a first aid course you need to have a CERT IV in training and assessment and you should have industry experience but you do not need to be a medical professional – however we insist on it.
5. We have a sister company – The Nest, Kids CPR & Allergy – which is a specialist branch run by paediatric nurses as childhood allergy specialist nurses, that focuses on baby first aid including introducing common allergy foods and allergic reactions. This is now affecting 1 in 10 babies under 12 months so is a very hot topic! This dovetails nicely with businesses that want to concentrate on the wellbeing of the employees who are pregnant or parents of very young children.
