This week I was interviewed on Ticker News about life threatening food allergy.
We spoke about the hot topic of food allergies and how Australia has amongst the highest rate of confirmed food allergies in the world.
Food allergy affects:
1-2% of adults
4-8% of children under 5
10% of children under 12 months
These are very sobering numbers.
