The Nest: At-Home Allergen Introduction & Nutrition Support

$297.00

The Nest: Allergen Introduction & Nutrition is an in-home support service designed to help parents confidently introduce allergens and support their baby’s nutrition from 4 to 12 months. Led by Renee, a paediatric RN with over 25 years of experience, this service provides personalised, hands-on guidance in allergen introduction, meal prep, and nutrition education. Whether you’re in Sydney or prefer an online consultation, we’re here to help reduce the stress of feeding your baby and ensure they get the best start to their food journey.

Introducing allergens to your baby can be a stressful experience, but it doesn’t have to be. Our Allergen Introduction & Infant Nutrition Home Support Service is here to guide you through it, with the expert help of Renee, a Registered Nurse and qualified Nutritionist, with over 25 years of experience working with babies, children, and a decade working in the childhood allergy space.

Renee is passionate about helping families navigate the complexities of allergen introduction in a way that feels safe and easy. She’s worked with babies and their families for years, even leading research on peanut allergies at a major children’s hospital, so you can trust her guidance every step of the way.

This service offers hands-on help in the comfort of your own home, with a focus on reducing anxiety and building your confidence around food prep, nutrition, and allergen introduction. And if you need a break, we also offer optional nanny-style care so you can relax while Renee works with your little one.

Her career spans paediatrics, holistic nutrition, and family-focused care, including time spent as a professional nanny.
