For a group, after submitting your training request, anticipate contact from our team within 24 hours. We can get you booked in straight away and enroled in our online learning (if this is the delivery method you have chosen).
Upon completion of your enrolment, you'll receive a confirmation email enabling you start your online learning &/or extend invitations to all participants for the course (if you are an employer). Subsequently, each participant will receive detailed instructions via email on enrolling themselves and fulfilling the requisite pre-course assignments.
An experienced trainer will arrive at your workplace equipped with all necessary materials. Expect engaging, simulation-driven sessions devoid of tedious slide shows. Our courses prioritise interactive learning and ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants.
Following course completion, participants can anticipate receiving their nationally accredited certificates directly to their email inbox. Additionally, the course organiser will receive a consolidated batch of all certificates for streamlined administrative purposes. The online pre-learning must have been completed to receive certificates.
