First Aid & CPR Training Coordination
If your audit reveals training gaps, I can coordinate group first aid and CPR renewal sessions for your team. Blended delivery means the theory is completed online before a short face-to-face session, CPR renewal takes approximately 30 minutes, full first aid approximately 90 minutes. Sessions can be funded by the centre or individually by staff. All that's needed is the ability to bring the team together at the same time. I manage the logistics, the trainer, and the certificates, so you don't have to.
Training Register Monitoring
Once your audit is complete, I can track your staff qualification expiry dates and alert you when renewals are due, so you never have a Regulation 136 gap without knowing about it in advance. No spreadsheets, no manual tracking. You receive a simple notification when action is needed. This is the difference between reactive compliance and genuine ongoing readiness.

Keeping action plans current is the responsibility of each child's parents, not the centre. But most directors don't know exactly how to guide families through this process, what the current documents look like, or where to direct them.
